Bella Kids is a program for children to learn the basics and principles of yoga. Through our program kids gain the knowledge and the tools to regulate emotions, increase confidence, and lead happier and more fulfilled lives.
This yoga club is a fun and engaging practice specifically designed for children. It combines age-appropriate poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness to promote physical, emotional, and social well-being. Bella Kids works with children starting as young as 5.

What happens at Bella Kids Yoga Club?
Each yoga club meets weekly and follows a developmentally aligned sequence of breathwork, movement, and guided rest. Kids learn calming techniques, build flexibility and balance, and explore social-emotional themes through games and group poses. Clubs are tailored to the school, space, and students whether in a classroom, gym, or media center.
