📍 At the gym
👯 Members are welcome to bring a friend

Join us every Tuesday night in February for our Love Yourself Series, a four-week experience designed to help you fuel your body, move with purpose, and build habits that support both physical and mental well-being. Each session will focus on a different topic using LOVE as our guiding framework, combining education, community, and action.

Every week, you’ll enjoy a food or drink sample, learn practical tools you can apply immediately, set a personal SMART goal, and take part in a short movement or relaxation segment to help you connect what you’re learning to how your body feels.

Eating the rainbow, nourishing your body, and exploring simple, healthy food options

❋ L - Living Foods

How exercise impacts your body, why recovery matters, and how to support both

❋ O - Oxidative Stress

Easy, effective ways to support muscle repair and overall health

❋ V - Vitamins & Supplements

Bringing all the tools together to build confidence and make empowered choices every day

❋ E - Elevated Empowerment

This series is about more than information — it’s about learning to love yourself through intentional choices, one week at a time.

This event is hosted by Burn Boot Camp PTC in collaboration with Thrive Well Studio and Bella Asana Yoga.
